This was my mother's first visit to see doctor Kovacs. Upon leaving the appointment she expressed how she felt very comfortable at her appointment. She said the doctor was friendly, courteous, made her feel very comfortable. The office staff was very nice as well. She was excited to have been referred to this doctor.
This was my first consultation with Dr. Aguirre. He was kind, listened and was hopeful about a plan to get me feeling better. I have a myriad of issues, and I appreciated him taking the time to listen and show empathy. I found his staff also to be very friendly.
Rachael PA was very knowledgable and helpful with my situation. The staff were efficient. Good office experience.One suggestion is to have the electronic required history sent to me done at least 48 hours ahead and not after 7 pm the night before a 10am appointment. It took me 40 minutes to complete. I easily could have not seen this and not had enough time to complete it. I would much rather. Do this lengthy electronic required history at home and not sit in the office.
