We have had several plumbing companies come and fail to identify the cause or appropriate correction for a persistent leak under our kitchen sink. Specifically, this is for Jarrod and his assistant (sorry, didn't get a name). These guys were sent by the apartment complex we are renting from. We have been getting a major runaround from management about a couple of serious plumbing issues. Jarrod was the first and only person so far to listen to us, take us seriously, CARE about our problems and try his best to solve them.
