When I’ve been able to get a facial there it’s been good. I’ve driven down the last two times for appointments that I had only to find out that they didn’t exist or had been cancelled. The reception leaves a lot to be desired. They’ve told me they would call back for a new appointment only to not call. I gave them a second chance after the first time, but I’d be stupid to try this place again.
Canceled my appointments three times and didn’t call me back to reschedule. Very nice location and setting. Very disappointing that they were unable to follow through with my appointments.
Update: received a call back about a week later and was given some additional explanation to things happening. They were professional and apologized mentioning that this had not happened before. I've been to this location a few times and my massages and facials have all been very good. I'm glad to have received some clarity and hope to see the business move forward positively successful.
Truly the most relaxing and uplifting experience. Received a wonderful facial and massage and had such a pleasant visit. The spa itself is serene and warm. Would definitely recommend!
