“I worked with Silver Leaf Landscapes to make a very steep hillside usable for gardening, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I wanted space for food gardening but didn’t have room for planter boxes, and Lindsey came up with a creative solution that completely transformed the area.

He designed a deck at the top of the slope that feels beautifully integrated with the landscape, along with large pots for planting that make the space functional and easy to maintain. The result is both practical and really lovely to spend time in. Lindsey was thoughtful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Silver Leaf Landscapes.“

“These guys have been amazing to work with. During the planning stages they came up with ideas that I had never even thought of. They were excellent with communication during the entire process which was helpful since we had pets that we didn't want to escape. They also did little extras like hauling off boxes that we had left over from our move and hanging up our water hose hook that had been laying on the ground. We plan to use them again for future projects as do so more than just turf!“

“Trusted experts. I had a bunch of damage from the Jan '23 storms. Daniel came up with a plan to mitigate and fortify my hill. His crew shows up and works as hard as any crew out there. Ian is a rock solid foreman, and Benjamin is awesome. Wilson Environmental has top notch equipment and build things to stand the test of time.

“If you're considering working with Dave Hunsaker, you're very fortunate to have found him! In January 2022, I assumed the responsibility of a HOA property comprising 38 units on a six-acre property that was extremely neglected for 7/8 years. Today, in October 2023, the irrigation is working accurately and efficiently because of Dave's ongoing commitment to identify the water zones associated with 5 controllers and 50+ values. That in itself - was no easy task because so many valves were buried and had been lost for years! Not only did he identify the zones and watering patterns, but he also generated the documentation to create an efficient working map for the entire property. At that point, it was all about repairs and replacements with an absolute commitment to implementing the best water-wise solutions available. In addition, he had me hovering over him throughout the process, asking questions, listening, and learning. Knowledge is power - I've gained that because Dave is so knowledgeable (and patient) about all aspects of irrigation and horticulture, a true source for everything. With the irrigation working at peak efficiency and a 20,000 decrease in water expense compared to last year, yes - that's something to talk about! At this point, we transitioned to the enjoyable task of planting. Once again, Dave's vast knowledge of drought-tolerant plants and an overall organic approach to maintaining the property has been invaluable. In closing, the property is thriving now, so his role is nearly done, and his accomplishments are profound. His expertise will always be included in the annual budget to assess the on-site landscape crew and ensure the irrigation system and property are maintained to our established standards. The cross-check between two providers is imperative for a property of this size and complexity, and we are immensely thankful that he will continue to oversee and maintain the integrity of what he's accomplished with this property.
