First off, I love that Kim's Tailoring is open until 7 pm and you can bring in a pair of pants for hemming after work. Usually, you're rushing to get to the tailor early in the morning and this feels so much more humane.First, you go into the little dressing room that's plopped into the front of the shop and Kim pulls out a 2x2 boxed step in front of a mirror. You step up and Kim pins your pants. You approve the length as you watch in the mirror and then change out of the pants. At the counter, she asks when you want the pants... She's such a friendly, warm, and accommodating lady, the Mesa shopping center is lucky to have her there.I had some tailoring done by her and she did a terrific job, and that was working with denim and that can be difficult, and she did a terrific job.

I have the greatest experience Kim was extremely nice kind and welcoming she himmed and fixed my wedding dress to me it was a little pricey but I not complaining because she did an excellent job
