Went to Kimberly’s Wig Shop & was very impressed with how attentive the owner was. Of course I needed to buy a wig cap which makes sense for the safety of others trying on wigs. I was able to purchase a wig with the honest advice for the owner which I appreciate because she has a lot of experience & I was new to getting a wig. I will definitely go back to purchase another wig in the future. I recommend Kimberly’s shop for anyone needing to go local.

This is not the place a cancer patient, or maybe anyone, wants to go for a wig. Annie is a very pushy, uncaring person who only wants to make $5 for you to buy a cap to try wigs on and then the $25 “consultation “ fee. It’s all very creepy.

My mom came in today and was treated so badly today by Annie my mom had an appointment and spent 35 for the appointment and only got to try 3 wigs and didnt get to pick the wigs she tried on. The lady ripped a bunch of her hair out on top of being rude 0/10 dont recommend 😤

Losing your hair due to chemo is a very difficult thing to go through. I loved my natural hair and having to shave it off was one of the hardest things I've ever done. After a couple of failed attempts to find the right wig (including purchasing a very expensive custom human hair wig online), I was feeling defeated and pretty low. I ended up going to Kimberly's and was so pleasantly surprised. Annie was very empathetic, helpful, and sweet. She was my wig angel :) I ended up finding a wig that looks so similar to my natural hair - no one can even tell it's not! It made me feel like myself again and I am so grateful. I will be going back to Kimberly's again when I'm ready to change things up with a new style. I would highly recommend Kimberly's to anyone!

I brought two wigs in to be washed and set. When I picked up my wigs, the wigs I was sent home with were not my wigs. While in the shop, I knew right away that the first wig had mesh around the forehead, my wig did not. It had a tag inside, that my wig did not. The second wig was a different style than the wig I originally brought in. The wig I was given also had a tag in it that my wig did not have. The straps that allow me to tighten the wig were brown. On my wig, the straps were white. I could not prove that the wigs I pickup up were not mine. The owner got me out of the store as fast as she could. I wish the younger woman had been there. I have always worked with her and it was always a great experience. She is gone now, regrettable. Won't be returning.

Don't bother making an appointment, confirming several times that you will keep the appointment, and driving 30 minutes to get to your appointment. The place was closed when I arrived and stayed that way. No text or email apologizing for being late or a no show.

Sunny & Annie are amazing! Truly happy with how much they taught me about wigs and haircare! Very caring people, I've even seen Sunny drive to the hospital to remove a hairpiece for someone having an emergency! They go above and beyond!

Needed a wig due to chemotherapy. I brought several picture so they can see my hair style and color. I purchased a human hair wig since it looked a lot more natural than a synthetic wig. Sunny colored the wig same as my hair color and styled it. No one can tell that I am wearing a wig! Sunny is the best.
