She withstood my frustrations at SB real estate (read tantrums , at times ). She went out if her way to work with us . I was commuting between AZ and SB. I'm not in good health . I ended up hospitalized at one point . I d k who her bosses are but they should consider themselves very fortunate to have her . She is very down to earth and though it may only apply to my circumstances , very compassionate and understanding . We are very grateful to have worked with her .

With a few questions, she correctly assessed what type of property I was looking for and seemed to anticipate the parameters of my search. I knew immediately that she would represent my interests and we could work together successfully. Her attention to detail was remarkable at every stage in the process. Her patience and grace were calming. She has a very keen sense of the market and what to offer based on the condition of the house, interest in the property from other buyers and when I finally did make an offer on a property, the amount was spot on to get the house without overpaying. After the purchase was complete, she continued to care for me by reaching out to provide resources in the community, and advocate for me when little details of the transaction needed tidying up. Katya Sheets was truly exceptional, she got us a home under asking in a market where everything was going over asking. I met her at an open house in the Santa Barbara area. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in Santa Barbara and I’m so thankful I did.Katya Sheets was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn't respond immediately, she always replied no more than 5 minutes later. Seriously!She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard stuff The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treated the situation like they she was purchasing the property – she will look out for you and have your best interests in mind.Katya will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
