I had a great experience. It was easy to book, I got great, prompt guidance when adjusting my order. My order was ready to go when I went to pick it up and drop off was easy as well.
Will definitely use again and recommend to others. 10/10 experience.
Everything went smoothly day of and the chairs looked great for my wedding! I appreciate the set up coordination with the day of coordinator and the easy collection the next day. I’m happy with how it all worked out.
My only complaint would be the complexity of getting pricing for different potential options. I had to get multiple quotes to see what the actual price was for different items. I wish there was more transparency in pricing and tooling to see what the added costs would be for additional items without having to submit and wait for multiple quotes.

Communication was clear and consistent, which from an event planner's perspective is vital in building trust and confidence in your vendor team. The event day setup and day-after strike teams were prompt, polite, and professional; and with their attentiveness to detail were a big part of helping everything to flow smoothly for our clients and our events team.
