When we renovated our home in Montecito, JNL Glass installed the primary bath shower door and a transom panel, and repaired medicine cabinet mirrors and some damaged windowpanes. Their work was great. So, when we needed to replace some glass in two outdoor lighting fixtures, JNL was the obvious choice. They were outstanding with this relatively small job. Martha is such a pleasure to work with and was incredibly helpful in selecting the right style of glass. The guys in the back were also very accommodating. JNL glass was very responsive to our last minute little accident and provided us with immediate additional contact info us to provide more details of the repair to be made. The follow-up was next level as most contractors tend to forget about you, but not not Reina. There was an immediate follow up the next morning. Fortunately, I was asked to leave the issue alone, but had that not happened, JNL would have been hired on customer service alone. I will definitely be recommending them to our host. Thanks, Reina!!!

They were very friendly and helpful on the phone taking my order, which was for a small framed antique mirror replacement. Their price was 1/3 that of what I saw on Amazon for a custom mirror, plus I was dealing with real people who were so friendly! I had asked them not to put it in the frame just to cut costs, but when I arrived, they had framed it for me too (possibly on accident). When I mentioned that I had only paid for the glass, not the framing, they said, "Don't worry about it." The mirror is so clear and good quality, I'm very happy with my experience with them.
