Left a phone message for them in an attempt to get a quote for a set of windows -- they are the local re-seller for the window company, so are in charge of all of the local sales for this company. No response after 2 weeks. I called again and this time spoke to someone, who gave me an email address to send the details to. I did. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. I sent a follow-up email, requesting the quote again. 2 more weeks now and no response again. Unprofessional, and a waste of my time. Guess I'll be buying another brand of window.
