Reached out 1/26 regarding a commercial project for several door threshold's that were rotted out on a 2nd floor and causing ceiling leaks below. Ed Hurd, VP, said they were booked 2 months out but could do the work T&M if I wanted to schedule it. Gave them the green light. Several follow-ups via email to make sure we were in track. Ed responds 3/20, he has a couple guys working in Carp but would get us on the schedule soon. Email 4/23, voicemail 4/24, Ali calls 4/25 to say they can't perform the work. These are the LAST people to consider for repair work. If you do go with them, hold a reserve for legal expenses when you have to take them to court. The project they were supposed to handle had to do with moisture control under a building. They did it--precisely the WRONG WAY. They claim to be experts in moisture control but are completely clueless. You can spend tens of thousands of dollars for their work--just be prepared to find someone else to tear out their work and redo it. Jack B. is not an expert.
