I've been in a peer group with Shane for a number of years and have gotten to know him and his business very well. I am continuously impressed his knowledge base in construction, attention to detail, and his care for his team and clients. Shane Holehouse, his right hand man Chris, and all his subs did an amazing job on our ADU (double garage conversion). We couldn't be happier with our end product. Even though this is a relatively small space, it involved a full bathroom and bar so there were multiple aspects to the project. Holehouse did an exceptional job staying on top of things during Covid when things were unpredictable with supply delays and labor shortages. Communication was clear, problems were resolved and we could always get in touch with them when we needed to.
