Volunteering for Hearts is a joy. Tremendous mission, gracious team. It’s such a pleasure, sometimes I forget I’m doing an act of service.
There’s been a good experience for my grandson. He has autism, but he eats. He’s getting better after he saw the little pony he was riding on the horse. It made them and made him so very happy.
I volunteered at Hearts for 2-3 years during my undergraduate years of college and for a little bit of time after. It was life changing. I also took horseback riding lessons there. This place is very special and I encourage you to take advantage of it if you are in the area. So much to offer everyone in the community.
