Harbor View Inn offers a pleasant stay with convenient amenities and is highly praised for its location near beaches, Stearns Wharf, State Street, and numerous restaurants. Guests can easily walk to various dining options, including Jeannine's restaurant & bakery. The hotel is kept clean, with comfortable rooms that provide nice views all around. Parking is also available. While some guests noted a lack of atmosphere in certain sections, particularly the "North Block," many found the staff to be incredibly sweet, polite, friendly, and helpful. Guests have highlighted exceptional service from staff members like Reyna, who went above and beyond to assist visitors, making them feel valued and welcome. The hotel does not have a restaurant on premises or room service, but its location makes this less of an issue. Overall, Harbor View Inn provides a comfortable and convenient base for creating wonderful memories while exploring the area.
It is a pleasure to write a review for Harbor View Inn. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Jason. The entire front desk staff members we encountered (Jason, Sam, Scott, Daniel, & Eli) were professional, kind, helpful, and considerate.
Our corner room was exceptional! We had a beautiful view of.the harbor, the bathroom included exquisite tile, and the entire room tastefully decorated.
Housekeeping kept the room spotless and the bed was very comfortable!

Very bad experience at this hotel. Our room was 80 degrees for hours, and even with the AC turned on, it couldn't cool down. The AC is completely underpowered or simply not working correctly. To make matters worse, instead of being honest, the front desk and maintenance will lie to you and waste your time for hours doing a back-and-forth dance instead of just telling you the truth. To be fair, they did void our parking fee, but this barely compensates for the massive amount of time we wasted and the sheer inconvenience. The locations is great.
