I am so happy I contacted Econo West for our air duct cleaning! Richard, the project lead was extremely knowledgeable and helped us put in new filters on the intake vents, and then he and his wonderful crew (David and Damian) cleaned all of the vents in the house that probably had not been cleaned in 10 years! They were clean (left no mess to clean up), courteous, and efficient - they did everything (20 ducts to clean) in less than 3 hours. Richard was also very helpful with the actual heat furnaces, where the previously contacted furnace people were not helpful or knowledgeable AT ALL! Great work, I highly recommend this team for your regulary vent cleaning and more.
My heater came on all by itself in the middle of this SB heatwave! It would not shut off and I panicked. It was late afternoon on Sunday. I called Econo West. Dave replied by text and sent photos of how to shut off the heater. He calmed me down. I so appreciate his time and patience. The next day he came out to access my heater and guide me through the next steps. I highly recommend this company - very professional and knowledgeable. Dave was great! They've got my business.
Dave was kind enough to take the time to walk me through a simple repair over the phone and save me some money on an unneeded trip. Super helpful and will be using Econo West for any future needs! Thank you, Dave!
