Dr. Valerie Girard saved me from an over year long chronic TMJ jaw alignment issue. My bite was off and I was miserable when it came time to chewing my food. Clicks and all! Dr Girard had me fix my problem by the second visit! I’m forever in debt to her fixing me. Dentist and Orthodontist WAKE UP and think/refer outside the box! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Girard in my time of need.I recently had abdominal surgery and was still suffering from post-op pain so I was fearful of going to a chiropractor. Due to a tremendous amount of low and mid back pain I asked my acupuncturist for a referral and without hesitation I was referred to Dr. Girard. I have been cared for in every way that I needed. Not only did Dr. Girard manage to gently relieve all of my back pain, she also got me on the road to a full recovery. I now have more energy, I'm sleeping well and I once again feel like myself. I'm sharp and focused. I have my life back.I have to honestly say that what Dr. Girard did for me in only a few sessions is nothing short of a miracle.

Since I’m an energetic healer I prefer someone is is also on the same wavelength. I found Valerie to be detail oriented, kin, thorough, and an excellent chiropractor. I had been spending a lot more money on treatments worth physical therapists that weren’t getting really far. She got to the rot of the issue by examine me. She also offered info on gluten free diet and clean eating. I believe she did work on one of my chakras during treatment. I would recommend her to someone who wants someone caring and not just clinical. I will go back.

I have come in 3 times for TMJ my mouth was locked almost closed, I could fit one finger in, and now I can fit almost 3! I’m so happy and I’m going to continue going!

My orthopedic doctor diagnosed my excruciating painful elbow as “tennis elbow” Sept 9th 2021 and said it would take 6 MONTHS to resolve.I saw Dr Valerie Girard 6 days later, pain the same. She did adjustments plus cold laser treatment. The very next day my pain had diminished by 50%! Dr Val has fixed my chronic neck and back pain over the last 5 years but the elbow pain was so much worse, she kept working on me till I could tell there had been a significant improvement, that was just yesterday. I sing her praises

People are generally surprised when I tell them that my chiropractor made a huge difference with my seasonal & year-round allergies, but it’s true.In the past, allergists gave me harsh nasal sprays and prescription medications, merely treating symptoms rather than root causes. Working with Dr. Girard, she’s helped me along the natural path to becoming someone who “used to” have bad allergies. She also has helped me quite a lot with neck tension/pain and stress management.“Small things add up to health” is a mantra we like. I am happy to leave this review because Dr. Valerie Girard has genuinely improved my wellbeing and quality of life, and I am thankful.

Honestly nothing short of a miracleValerie has only worked on my body a handful of times. When I first went I was skeptical that she would be about to make any inroads on my bone on bone arthritis in my knees. Not only has she made my day to day (and sleeping) life pain free, but she’s also worked on other areas where I have pain. I can’t say enough about how my only wish is that I had gone to her sooner. Thank you Valerie! (Liz, the woman who schedules appointments and more is also excellent)

When I first went I was skeptical that she would be about to make any inroads on my bone on bone arthritis in my knees. Not only has she made my day to day (and sleeping) life pain free, but she's also worked on other areas where I have pain. I can't say enough about how my only wish is that I had gone to her sooner. Thank you Valerie! (Liz, the woman who schedules appointments and more is also excellent) I only wish there were more stars. She's that good.

I can’t say enough about Valerie Girard. I was in back pain for YEARS and finally decided to see if a chiropractor could help. My research led me to Dr Girard and I’m so glad it did. First appointment she took her time to understand what I thought was wrong then gently started to “realign” me. She got to a spot in my lower back that even when lightly touching it, caused me to wince. I’ve had massages send me through the roof when they got to that spot. Dr Girard knew right away what to do and without causing me pain, adjusted it. When she was done I was completely pain free. The next few days I couldn’t shake the feeling of lack of pain. It was amazing!
