The plumbing and office staff at Wilson Plumbing - throughout our history with them - has always been prompt, responsive and professional. We have always lived in older homes here in Santa Barbara so as you can imagine there is an underlying anxiety whenever there's a leak, fixture failure or mysterious rumbling in the wall. Most recently Shane's effort, time and consultations with manufacturer and his colleagues to figure out what a problem with a shower control and rumbling in the walls was. Absolute lifesavers! Shane from Wilson is the man! Very respectful, personable, and kind. He identified the problem fast and snaked my fathers sink / shower. Drains are working better than ever.
