Luis and Anthony were great. Professional and friendly. They contacted me as soon as I emailed my property manager that my carpet was damaged by the rain. They took only about 45 minutes to get the job done. There was a noticable difference before and after. Castro's is the best choice for carpet cleaning. They came exactly on time, took precisely as long as they said it would, the price was very reasonable, and the results were excellent. You can't go wrong with Castro's.
They pick up and drop off your rug. Mine was only 4x6 and easy to clean and they gave me a serious discount because of that. Great service and communication! Will definitely use them again.
