Agree on the inappropriate and rude receptionist. Agree on the rude and condescending egomaniac of an owner. The people actually doing the work were cool enough. Gave them business 3 times. Never again. Got into a car accident and unable to make an appointment. They were far from understanding. There's only so many 30K Sprinter Upgrades for you to live off of bud. Somehow my honest review years ago was deleted... how many others?! There's a cool humble guy who tints around the corner next to Megans. He actually used to work for Casey. Poor guy. He's got war stories! lol

Beware. Do not go here. The owner Casey will not complete the job per contract. He will overcharge. You will be unable to get him to correct his mistakes of which there are many. He does not warranty his work though he says he will. The rude front desk lady, Lindsey who answers the phone is inappropriate. Beware

Parked in the parking lot in Geta and was going in when a slim tattooed woman came out and asked if I was going to do business. I was in the phone surrounded by parked cars and boats. I said I was finishing a phone call and before I could say another word, she told me to leave. I called the Santa Barbara store and was told I should have told her I was about to go in. If they are that obnoxious and impatient over a parking space, what happens when they mess up a job? Because they clearly don’t care about people. And there are dozens of tinting places around with nice people. Who needs to deal with jerks.

2 years ago this team upgraded my Airstream Basecamp AGM batteries to lithium, also installing a DC to DC charger. The system has worked perfectly ever since, and to top it off when I blew a fuse while on vacation this week (which stopped the DC to DC charging function), I pulled in and they took care of it within a few minutes. I wish there were people this knowledgeable and service-oriented in every town I visit!

A+++ FANTASTIC- my son had been saving up for a new sound system for his old forerunner and I am so glad we went with Car Stereo Guys- besides being thorough, responsive, knowledgable & fair, the owner Casey took the time to walk us through the options, work within our budget, and deliver the installation quickly. *Side bonus: over dinner my son told my husband how inspired he was by this guy who started his own business at a young age and now is hugely successful as an adult, made me happy to hear him notice and appreciate what hard work leads to. Could not be happier with Car Stereo Guys and will tell everyone we know to go here!

Was not able to get a basic quote for my exact model of car over the phone. Lady on phone was unfriendly too... Found a different place in town with friendly personal that provides estimates over the phone, wherefore I drove right there, to get my new radio installed on the spot!
