I received a deep tissue massage from Roger and he was excellent. He was able to identify my tight muscles and thoroughly worked to make sure they were released before moving on to the next area. I would definitely recommend his services.
Just got a massage with Roger to work on soreness/tightness from weight training and volleyball. He was knowledgeable, precise, and careful. Effectively addressed my issues and taught me useful things about body mechanics as well. Highly recommend!
Roger is really great. Very knowledgable and thoughtful with his patients. Been having lower back issues off and on, and one session made a huge, huge difference. He was incredibly diligent working different areas of my back to get to the root of my tightness/pain. I like to remain as active as possible, so anytime I have a back tweak, I get nervous because I don't want to on the shelf for any length of time. I'll definitely be heading back for maintenance.
