This place is on Carillo and is a block over from Barbareno. Pretty centralized location. I came in for a trim. This hairstylist is excellent. She was able to assess me very quickly and what would look good. I was looking for a new style but wasn't sure at all what to get. I had a few photos of some styles that I liked. We talked about it and she made some recommendations. I'm glad I listened to her because she was totally right. I really love the new cut. Thank you!Service: Haircut

I went in to get some curtain bangs cut received a totally new hairstyle that I don't ask for. She ended up layering my hair. And by the end of the haircut I didn't have any bangs still. And she told me "so much better than the picture!" As if she didn't really care to go by the picture in the first place. Hair ended looking good but I didn't get what I came for, she just chopped a lot of my hair off with me asking for it.

Andres is the greatest salon to ever exist, period. They are exquisitely precise with each cut of my hair, with the kind attention to detail that left me wondering if they were on drugs - which they weren't - unless you consider love a drug, which is what motivates them. They took great pride in hunting down any loose end or rogue hair that refused to be a team player while whispering encouraging words of growth to the healthy hairs, massaging each and every follicle, even the ones that show up when I get goosebumps As Andres washed my hair I couldn't help but feel like I was being showered by the Hair Gods, each drop of warm water felt like tears from an angel, leaving me with an overall sense of bliss. And speaking of angels, I'm convinced that they were playing harps in the background as the music tickled the hairs in my ears, which were also styled by the way. So yes, pretty epic. My hair is literally perfect. Imagine if the Fonz and Uncle Jesse had a baby and then that baby grew up to marry Paul Mitchell and they had a kid... that's basically my hair now. Don't even remember praying for perfect hair and yet here we are.
