The medical director DrSweden is a total jerk! Im.asking him several questions about what would be good for imaging instead of colonoscopy because I wake up during all my surgeries and I think the risk is not worth it..he says the standard (as if everyone has this problem!?!) Is colonoscopy..mi repeat myself, he said take it or leave it and he hung up on me.
Then Myra office manager gets on the phone tells me he's the owner and then she's Uber here treating me like a kindergartner totally disrespectful repeating about 10 times that I need a gastro referral ...I tell her I need it changed because that doctor does not work there anymore and she just can't understand...read full review
Terrible service; the wait time is excessive. You can't arrive late, but if you arrive early, they make you wait—and they don't even see you at your scheduled appointment time. The receptionists are unfriendly, and when you schedule an appointment, you show up only to be given a different time upon arrival.
I had such a great experience at this office. The provider I see, Victoria Chavez, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to my concerns. For the first time, I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. The entire staff is also so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming, which makes every visit feel comfortable. I’m really grateful to have found a provider like this and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care.
