Great service. They came on time, reset my system and added coolant. They didn’t try to sell me a new system, preferring to fix my existing system. It was a nice experience and he was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and more about HVAC systems. Very helpful.
I contacted Eric for a quote to replace my nearly 40 year old HVAC system and quickly decided to go with his company and I’m glad I did! After providing him with some photos, it seems he knew exactly what system I needed to replace my old one. Him team showed up promptly a few days later and were able to remove the old unit (both the compressor and furnace) in ~5 hours time! Even with the tricky placement of the furnace. His team was also able to install my new Nest thermostat and even provided a demo.

After my wife and I got ripped off by a contractor, we were not expecting much different when our air conditioner died. I called Pacific Comfort and talked to Eric. A gentlemen came out the next day and examined our problem. Later that day we got a quote for a top quality unit that was a significant departure from what we expected. The next day the installer arrive and in less than 4 hours we had a new unit installed and working wonderfully. I can't say enough good things to describe thr great service and fair price that we received. Thank you for restoring our faith!
