I don’t understand the bad reviews. People are expecting practically free pricing for phenomenal products that are of great quality or oftentimes new condition. My family and friends have been buying here for years and the customer service has always phenomenal and gone above and beyond. 🥇
My roommate and I received great customer service from SANDRA! She was the only one who seemed like she wasn't half asleep. She was quick, on point, even retrieved a measuring tape and measured the tall bookshelf my roomie was considering. Height, depth, and length. Also, she asked if I still needed help with the chair I was looking at. So she had great recall and awareness of my needs and it was a great experience overall with SANDRA. Thanks!
