I completed basic mediation training very recently and it was so well-planned and executed, even in a virtual environment! Be sure to complete the readings and homework before each session so that you are prepared and can get the most out of the training. The trainers are wonderful and knowledgable, and every session was jam-packed with valuable lessons, shared experiences, conversation, and role-playing! The training is very hands-on and my colleagues and I really grew and progressed with our own skills by the end of training.I'm really grateful that I decided to attend this class, and I can't wait to start volunteering with them soon!

I can't say enough good things about the basic mediation training! I've been wanting to take this class for a long time and finally got the opportunity to do it. Don't over think it and just do it! At first, the class may seem so intimidating and overwhelming but my colleagues and my trainers were so supportive! You get to have a lot of hands on experience with real life scenarios and they also give you the tools to network. Overall there is just so much support. Look forward to taking more classes!
