I am a satisfied customer. I dont shop at ULTA, I mostly shop at Sephora. I was denied a return because the purchase I made didn't come up on my history after providing my phone number. After being denied, I checked my emailes to see if I had the receipt emailed to me. Ofcourse, the last email I ever got from ULTA was back in 2019. I checked website for assistance and found a number to text as well as an email. I did both. I was trying to see if there was anyway to locate said receipt to show proof of purchase. Most of the people that work here are knowledgeable about the products and are willing to help you, which is a plus.On the other hand when you ask for help with a coupon or discount you have already earned and want to apply, not so much! The old Ulta always had freebies or samples or give aways they were happy to share, but not here.Don’t they understand that by getting samples you find new products to purchase?All in all a good stooge to shop at.

This place is the "Costco" of makeup! And by that I mean lots of shoppers and LOTS of makeup! Lots of people in here shopping, and lots of different makeup manufacturers represented here! I've never seen so many different foundations! The even have Bare Minerals makeup here!Just WOW! So many choices!
