Our family has used Brown Mortuary's services for many, many years and our experience has always been top-notch! More recently our dear Aunt passed away and Ralph Rodriguez was AMAZING!! He came to the house immediately and was so compassionate and kind and brought a positive sunny attitude to an otherwise sad morning. He was absolutely tireless in his communication with me regarding the details of the death certificate and then offering to hand-deliver them when they were ready!! So our family has become frequent users of Browns Mortuary this past year unfortunately. The service we have received has been amazing. No request has been to big or to small for them to handle. Browns has made this process for our family as easy as it can be. They have a kind and caring staff.

Ralph, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you. You exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The care, time, attention, and respect you showed my loved one meant so much to me. Without a doubt, you were intentionally put in my path. The other service providers I called were not yet open for business. That is what sets you apart from the rest. You understand death is not a 9-5. It is constant and can be unexpected. Hearts are broken and loved ones are left in despair. You restore dignity to the dearly departed while comforting and consoling those left behind. The world needs more "Big Ralphs."
