As I walked in nobody said anything to me ,while there were three staff standing in the front having a conversation of their own. I spent about 30 minutes in the store and saw several workers pass right by me. A young lady named Lily was very very nice, paid attention to detail and tended to me. She was very professional and on her game. What a disappointment the others were.

The coworkers just stand and talk and when you ask them for help they say it’s online you can order it and they don’t even check the back they just see and say order it and they don’t help even tho there’s a lot of workers they don’t even want to help

I got my hair cut yesterday by Jaclyn. (long bob/lob/ blunt bob not exactly sure what to call it.) This is definitely one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. I love it and I just wanted to call out Jaclyn for being such a sweetheart and for doing an amazing job on my hair!
