The coworkers just stand and talk and when you ask them for help they say it’s online you can order it and they don’t even check the back they just see and say order it and they don’t help even tho there’s a lot of workers they don’t even want to help

I got my hair cut yesterday by Jaclyn. (long bob/lob/ blunt bob not exactly sure what to call it.) This is definitely one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. I love it and I just wanted to call out Jaclyn for being such a sweetheart and for doing an amazing job on my hair!

It’s truly never a great experience at this location. It’s now my last resort if I need something. The staff if always rude and always judgmental. God forbid you make them do a curbside pick up either. I know it’s retail but please remember you work at Ulta… this isn’t a Bloomingdale’s…
