Over the past few years, I hired two different companies to clean our dryer vent, but the vent became clogged again shortly after each service. Then I found James. A couple months ago following the end of a full remodel of our condo we hired James to clean our air system which I don't think we ever had cleaned professionally in 20+ years. James was just an all around pleasant guy and arrived and got right to work. I believe he was here for a couple hours, patiently answered any questions I had along the way and unlike many workers that were in our home over the course of our year long remodel, left no mess for us to clean up after. When he was done the house smelled fresh (but not scented) and my wife who is hyper-sensitive to scents and chemicals had no issue at all and neither did our small dog who has allergies. We also added on the dryer vent cleaning. Since James was here we've noticed a significant difference in the air flowing evenly through our home. Prior to having the ducts cleaned the upstairs was typically 20 degrees warmer on hot days than the main floor. Now cool air flows through all the upstairs vents balancing out the temperature between the first and second floor. The other noticeable difference is that dusting the house has gone from a daily chore to dusting weekly. And as to the dryer vent James not only cleared out the hose (which is about 20 feet from the dryer to the outside vent) but replaced the crumpled dryer hose (from machine to wall) with a new and improved one. As a result the clothes are drying in a much shorter period of time. There's no question we'll hire James again in the future.
I am in awe at the wonderful service and expertise we just experienced with TASK! After our landlord initially hired an unqualified duct cleaner that created a huge mess, TASK was hired to clean properly with negative pressure. Boy are we satisfied!! Their knowledge and equipment was impressive and professional. The team was so respectful of our home, and even sanitized the duct work after the cleaning. The pictured filter shows everything that was sucked out by TASK's equipment/superior method. It's insane that this was all left behind by a cut rate service provider the first time! TASK made quick work of thoroughly freeing the ducts from previous tenant's pet hair and debris and we can already tell/smell the difference! Thank you TASK!!
