Great experience! I needed my eyebrows threaded and saw this place right next to Neighborhood market. I walked in and the owner welcomed me in and did my brows perfectly. I’ve been getting my brows threaded for years and have very sensitive skin but it didn’t hurt at all! Her technique was fantastic, fast, and my brow shape was very nice. I’m definitely coming back.

I had done waxing an eye braw in the nail saloon, and I was not too happy with the shape. Right after, I came to this place to make an appointment, the lady asked me if I need to do my eyebrows. we kind of laughed at it was just done five minutes ago. She offered me to fix it for free. I was humbled. I couldn't have take that service. She insisted, so I gave her a tip. I had gone this place before, now I will never look for a new one. That's call a service!! Period. Thank you so much for your kind service. No I'm happy with my eyebrows.

The customer service was not good. I came in for a threading and the lady popped my pimples without asking permission first. She told me how bad my acne was and how I should come back for an acne treatment. Not professional at all.
