After doing laser hair removal and having adverse affects from it I started going to Silky Touch. Out of no where I started growing thick chin hair which I never had before laser hair removal. I knew the only way to get rid of it was to get electrolysis.. which honestly was the best decision ever! The location is fabulous of Silky Touch. It's in a very safe and quiet area with lots of parking, a secure building and a very very VERY clean treatment room.
I completed 10 1 hr sessions over the course of 11 months and now my chin, sideburns and upper lip are all hair free! ROMA IS INCREDIBLE!!! She is incredibly meticulous and extremely detail oriented.

I started my electrolysis journey at the end of December, it has been going amazingly! I have had the pleasure of working with Roma, Kira, and Anna they are all very professional, patient, and kind with getting to my goals. They always take their time to make me feel comfortable though out every session. After every session I come out feeling better than when I came in. The office is very clean, they always make sure to disinfect everything from the chairs to the tools they use. Alina is very kinda and welcoming, she always makes it easy to make appointments and she always try’s her best to make them work with my schedule.
