I had an excellent experience with Servpro. We had a grease fire on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I called on Saturday and spoke with Bola and he came the very next day to measure the damages and left 4 air scrubbers running to remove the smoke smell. He sent a team the following week to start cleaning and packing our personal items.

Russell’s communication was clear throughout the whole process and kept me updated at the end of each day.

I strongly believe in a saying that if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say anything at all. Servpro is the best contractor my husband and I ever worked with. We had a water damaged from a washing machine. First their professionalism and respect for my time.
