Van was accommodating and did my nails how I wanted it. I showed her a picture and she took her time. She wasn't rough like some others that I've experienced. The place is also nicely spaced out so you are not right next to each other. I had an appointment at 10am on a Monday and it wasn't crowded.

I've tried just about every nail salon in San Ramon, and can say for sure that this one is my favorite! The customer service is unmatched, and the workers are all extremely kind and hospitable. My nails turned out perfect! The salon is clean and spacious inside.

They're usually able to take walk ins and last minute appointments which is nice...It's just not the most sanitary place...Tools and tables are usually dirty with previous appointments debris... read full review
