Jesse did a great job on our carpet and ottoman. Both were in bad shape due to daily living. They both look good as new. Really professional and gave advice on how to persevere them going forward. High recommend

10 stars! From the moment I called to ask about the cleaning process, Jesse was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. I was also impressed that I called late on a Saturday afternoon and received wonderful service. Then on the day of service, Jesse walked through my home and gave wonderful advice and did a fantastic job. The carpets are beautiful and the entire home smells awesome. We just moved and wanted a fresh start to our new place, and San Ramon Carpet Cleaning gave us that and helped make our move more relaxing. The team will also be cleaning the home we moved from. They showed up on time, same day as I called. Carpet is looking new again. We also had a very bad spot where our large dog had an accident in the house and left a bad odor and large spot. He’s was the only guy who could get the stain up by using a subfloor extraction instead just using a wand like most cleaners
