Called Plumbing Care when we all of a sudden had no hot water. Suspected the pilot light went out. Plumbing Care arrived within 30 min of calling, and then diagnosed and replaced a coupler. Price was reasonable and we have hot water again! As usual they were prompt, knowledgeable and got the job done.
Went into my garage to discover water dripping from the ceiling. Plumbing Care had Alvictor out in under 2 hrs. it was a tricky diagnosis and time consuming but Alvictor stuck with it until the problem was resolved. I always ask for Alvictor when I can - he's professional, courteous and dependable. I 100% recommend Plumbing Care and Alvictor for your plumbing needs!
Very responsive and professional, both in the front office and the two gentlemen who did the work. Competitively priced and not only on time, but did the job a day early. I've already engaged them for another job at another location. Anatoliy and Mario are great.
That post was back in about 2022. This week in October 2025 I had Plumbing Care install a Moen Flo leak detection and auto shutoff device required by my insurance company.
