I have been going to Melissa for over 10 years. She is an amazing colorist and never fails. Definitely THE ONE for creating beautiful color creations. She is professional and has even come into the salon on days that I thought I made an appointment and didn't lol. Highly recommend!

After moving to San Ramon, I saw that this southern belle worked at a place in that city, but I just found out she moved to another location closer to my apartment. I came the morning before a meeting the next day and she got rid of my beard, buzz my head a bit, and provided a sample!

Don't visit here!!!I must say I was disappointed with the whole experience. The outcome of the hair color was also unsatisfactory. The lack of professionalism and poor results left me feeling dissatisfied with the service provided. I would not recommend her to others seeking quality hair care."No Tip Given because of poor color that she gave on my hair and on top of it she is rude - not accepting her fault.Also, Melissa is sweet till the time you are agreeing to buy expensive products and more services from her.East Bay folks warning to you guys!!! I attended Melissa’s salon for a hair treatment, and I have been very happy with the results! My hair became healthier and in a month they grew much longer than usual ? Melissa provided me with natural, vegan hair masks and treatments for my home use and they work amazing!
