This is my second time going. And Monique is great! I was first nervous doing a Brazilian but she made me feel comfortable and worked at my pace and took her time. I recommend booking with her!

As someone who works in customer service, this review honestly reads less like constructive feedback and more like someone looking for something to be upset about. A short wait, a staff member stepping away, or a moment of confusion is normal in any business -- especially one that's clearly served you well for years. Most people understand that. Katie did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She was professional, gentle, and really took her time to shape them perfectly. The results look clean and natural, exactly what I wanted. The whole experience felt comfortable and easy. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!
