I have been going here for 10+ years. Please keep that in mind. And I haven't really had problems with them other than usually having my appointment be at a certain time but the Dr are running late so I am usually seen about 15+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM on a Wednesday AM. My son woke up with an ear infection and fever so I text their office at 7:31 AM letting them know AND requesting a reschedule. I get a call from one of receptions about my missed appointment and so I call them back. I had assumed that they received my text message and was calling to reschedule. Just saw Dr. Neve after a strange optometrist appointment. He was so kind, thorough and patient as he helped me figure out why my eyesight is so horrible. The entire staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful.
