They were friendly and took great care of me. Was visiting from out of state and found this place through my insurance. Was really impressed with the service here and greatly appreciated their willingness to help me out.
I visited this instant urgent care clinic in San Ramon in March 2024, and got tested to see if I either had COVID, RSV, a flu or whatever else. Turns out I had COVID, I guess I lucked out because there's a really bad respiratory cold going around that many say is far worse these days.
It was easy to make an appointment. I did it over the phone, that you can do it online easily, the staff is courteous come on the doctor was knowledgeable and administered the tests quickly .
Very convenient and I'll use them again!
Amazing staff, they are friendly and the doctor is truly attentive of your medical needs and sees you as a person who is in need of care. If you are looking for an Urgent care near you, I highly recommend here.
