I had moved out of the area for a few years and had to find a dentist closer to home. Recently had the opportunity to return to work in the Bay Area and scheduled a cleaning and checkup with Innovative Dental Concepts. Wow! I forgot how technology progressive and patient education focused this dental office was and continues to be! I feel true concern for the health of my mouth and whole being at IDC, I’m glad I’m back!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with both Dr. Duncan and Dr. Kachalia for many years. Their knowledge, communication skills, state of the art equipment and staff are all top notch. I have had everything from regular dental care, to crowns, to major restoration work done here and I wish i could give them 10 stars. I highly recommend them.
My husband and l have been clients for many, many years. Dr Duncan is very thorough, gentle, and has always explained what she sees and what options are available. I never feel like she is rushed and she is patient and supportive in any questions or concerns l may have. Rochelle my hygienist feels like family. She does an outstanding cleaning and we always have a few minutes to catch up on life. I highly recommend Innovative Dental. The office is spotless and they all just make you feel comfortable. They are always on time with my appointment and l appreciate that l have never had to wait for my appointment.
