Got my braces off last week, Dr. Nina made it comfortable and quick, she’s very compassionate and really took care of me.
Highly recommend this branch and especially Dr. Nina.
The staff and the environment are very friendly, polite, caring, relaxed, smiley, comforting (even if you're antisocial), cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. In fact, if you so choose, share about your life, they'll even remember personal details about you.
Tip: take personal responsibility, especially on punctuality. Save dates to your calendar and set reminders. Maybe even record dates of past appointments and what was done during them. They give you 1 page forms after each session. The service has been excellent every time I visit. I am very pleased with how Nina was always considerate of my needs and how she will always smile and make you feel welcomed.
