“Lisa, the owner, introduced all the services we needed in one thoughtful package. She truly understands our Chinese culture and also prepared the documents we may need for future paperwork. During such a difficult time, her support and the professionalism of the whole team made us feel comforted and well taken care of.”
“Everyone with the Castro Valley Neptune Society was very nice and very helpful in a stressful time. When my brother passed, we had to have his remains cremated and mailed to the funeral home in Kentucky. Everything went very smoothly and I really appreciated their help. I highly recommend them to everyone.”
“Our close friend’s family had a memorial service here and their experience and mine (while helping out) was such a beautiful contrast to the high pressure, exploitive tactics used by some mortuaries.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they were all willing to step in and help with whatever we asked for and step aside whenever it looked like we wanted to handle it ourselves. It felt SO different from the assembly line atmosphere I’ve witnessed elsewhere and it allowed the family to relax and treasure the experience of saying goodbye with family and friends.
Thank you, Jess C Spencer staff!!!”
