This is a slowly evolving review of the facilities. Normally, this isn't something you would regularly review unless it happens to you. In this case we had the unfortunate circumstance where my father passed away on Christmas Eve. Since we had no advance directive on what to do when it happens, we struggled to research facilities that handled cremation. Here's the bottom line. If a loved one is in the morgue in the hospital, the hospital will only hold the body for a few days before moving it to somewhere else. We have been a customer here 3 times, and we are very satisfied with their service. They are very professional. Even though we live miles away from their location, the distance is worth it for us, compared to other funeral homes in Milpitas area.
