Before Leslie came to do the free estimate, we had already looked at their web site and chosen a screen door. We ordered it and when it arrived an appointment was scheduled and it was installed quickly and professionally. We LOVE our Titan "art deco" security screen door. I am happy to have discovered Leslie and East Bay Screens. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He was quite quick (only an hour and half) on the instillation and repairs to my windows. Leslie was knowledgeable about all of our issues and solved them expertly. He took notice that we had a house tiger and recommended that we had the "tuff screen material" for the window that she patrols. He explained both the positive and negative aspects of the screen. I am happy to have taken his advice. The price is very reasonable. We are hoping to have him back again for our sliding back door screen next summer. I highly recommend to call him for a free quote.
