We had still an original almost 50 year old furnace when we moved into our new house. My husband and I took a few years to decide on what kind of new heating/cooling system we wanted to install in our house. I interviewed many different companies. Maybe 6-7. Austin from Comfy Heating was extremely knowledgable about heat pumps. He was very straightforward with his recommendation and didn't give many details, compared to other high rated companies. My husband and I had many questions for him about the efficiency of heat pumps, and Austin got every detail right. At the same time he was offering us a very competitive price. Our gas furnace was shutting off frequently without producing required heat. Reached out to home warranty folks and they didn’t help so called comfy. Hilder arrived before time and could detect the issue immediately. He fixed it quickly within 45 mins and explained the issue. Very professional and helpful. Thank you for your service.
5 stars! Easy to set up appointment. Hilder showed up 15 minutes early with a smile and got right to work. He figured out the issue was a bad transformer. He had it all fixed very quickly. Thank you!!
