An intimate setting, one on one, relaxing. He does an essential oil hot steam towel AND a massage gun on the shoulders and face massage. For the same rate people charge without those services. The fade cut looks amazing. The professionalism and experience of this one time alone already has us rebooking. Well deserved tip as the effort was very much appreciated. (Especially after being ripped off and scammed by a barber from Hayward)“

“I came in with a buddy who’s never been to sports clips. I don’t frequent but I was recommended to Michelle. When we showed up Michele herself greeted us with a smile. She got us checked in and we sat and waited. The wait was maybe 10/15 minutes and she was soooo good. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Not what she thought, not what she wanted for me. Michelle made sure she heard and did EXACTLY as I had wanted. (We all know that can be rare for a haircut place) I waited a little extra after because the person with me was somehow skipped by the manager who took someone who checked in after us? No clue how that happened. But I think she realized it after the fact and gave us a little discount which was nice of her. Go see Michelle and the crew at San Ramon! It’s worth it !“
