I really like the atmosphere at this dealership — everyone is friendly and tries to help. The service advisor, ride-home driver, and service video were all great.
However, no one was able to help me set up the Lexus app on my second phone. I came back twice in two days, but the person I spoke with said it wasn’t their responsibility because I bought my car from another dealership.
I believe Lexus is one brand, and any dealership should be able to help with software setup. It left me with a disappointing feeling, even though I still respect the Lexus name
