I just returned to Marin after several years and learned of the AAA Auto Repair Center. From my first visit, I was impressed with the service both in the office and in the shop. Roselinda has greeted me with a smile and taken care of my car's needs very efficiently - every single time whether minor or major issues. I have been to the center a number of times and she treats all customers quickly and respectfully. I have had such wonderful experiences at the SR AAA Autoshop. The staff and their service are warm, friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Rosalinda who went above and beyond to make my experience smooth, pleasant and economically friendly. I'll definitely be back!

I work for a business transporting the elderly. I called one morning to see if we could bring one of our vans in because the sliding door would not close all the way and it was in the stuck position. The lady answered the phone and said yes come one it and come see me and I'll take care of it. My driver brought the van down and within minutes our driver was back in no time. I asked the driver what happen and why was she back? The lady on the phone told me that we would have to leave the van all day.
