Trying to get through to anyone at the San Rafael office is practically impossible. A typical wait time of 10 mins then being cut off is common. I’m on my 4th attempt, been hung up on 3 times. The same complaints leveled at KP for years yet they do nothing.

My experience there with the varieties of educational skills classes & doctors that teach them on zoom or in person group meetings have been profoundly helpful & they are definitely dedicated & professional & empathetic. I want to show my appreciation & gratitude & say thank u & highly recommend it.

I'm a medical doctor attempting to coordinate care for a Kaiser Psychiatry patient. I have placed 4 calls to this office over the last 3 days and each time have been hung up on by their automated system. Not able to speak to a human nor to leave a voicemail. Completely unacceptable!
