I've been using Downing for years & have never had a complaint. They check it out ever year. Recently I returned from vacation & found the furnace would not click on. I called them & they came out that same day. The repairman found the problem, had the part in his truck & now my furnace works like a charm! The repairman was perfect. Downing's service technicians have maintained and, yesterday, repaired our 55! year old furnace. They do not upsell you, so when they tell us it is time to replace it, Downing will have our business for that process, absolutely.Service: Heating system repair
